I had the opportunity to attend a wedding with my friend, Christine, yesterday. I knew it would be different than the weddings back home, but I was really excited to see this celebration of love and life in a different culture.

The only way I can describe the festivities is to have you imagine a wedding you’ve been to, where everyone in the room has an opportunity to say a little something to the bride and groom. 7 hours of speeches. Christine and I showed up at 4 pm and got in our cars at 11 pm – and the speeches were still going strong.
